1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Maharani Laxmi Bai Government Girls Middle School, Champa to Government Middle School, Hiranagar, Sirgitti, Bilha, District Bilaspur. It is contended that the petitioner holds a post in Karmachari
Sangh namely Chhattisgarh Shikshak Sangh as per Annexure P-2 and as per the transfer policy normally if a person is holding any post in the association relating to the employees, they are normally not transferred, therefore transfer in respect of the petitioner may be cancelled.

Perused the documents as also the Annexure P-2 which primarily shows that the petitioner is holding some post in Chhattisgarh Shikshak Sangh Considering the same, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee which has been constituted to hear against the transfer within a period of two weeks from today explaining all the facts and if such representation is filed, then it may be decided within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. It is directed that till then transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
