This is repeat application for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.

The documents filed along with the application were sent for verification to the Investigation Officer. Report received from the Investigation Officer reveals that the deponents of the affidavits have denied that they have sworn the affidavits that have been filed in support of the applicant and also the company, which was to receive the amount from the applicant has denied receipt of any amount so far.

Hence, there is no change in circumstances, therefore, this repeat anticipatory bail application is rejected.
