3. This CRMP is filed for modification in Crime Number in the order dated 27/10/2018 passed in MCRC No. 8074/2018.

4. Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently in the memo of MCRC No. 8074/2018, crime number of the matter was wrongly mentioned as '486/2018' in place of '846/2018'. Therefore in the order also wrong crime number has been mentioned. The same may be corrected.

5. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that correct Crime No. is '846/2018'.

6. On due consideration, the application is allowed. The order dated 27/10/2018 is modified to the extent that correct Crime No. 846/2018 be read in place of wrong Crime No. 486/2018. In other words the order dated 27/10/2018 is relates to Crime No. 846/2018 of Police Station, Sarkanda, District Bilaspur.

7. A copy of this order be supplied along with order dated 27/10/2018 passed in MCRC No. 8074/2018.
