Heard on application for restoration of F.A. (M) No.83/2014 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 22.10.2018. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 22.10.2018 passed in F.A. (M) No.83/2014 is recalled. Consequently, F.A. (M) No.83/2014 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
