The grievance of the petitioners is the non-granting of revised pay scale to the petitioners on completion of 8 years of service. All petitioners
were initially appointed as Guruji and subsequent they were regularized in Panchayat Department between 30.04.2002 to 17.06.2009. After regularization, all petitioners have completed 8 years of service. 2.
Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that this writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court dated 28.11.2017 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2530 of 2017 (Mukesh Kumar Patel and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another) and batch of writ petitions decided analogously.

In view of the aforesaid subject to verification whether the petitioners have firstly completed 8 years of service and whether they are similarly placed as that of the case of Mukesh Kumar Patel (supra), the respondents shall take a decision for grant of revised pay scale at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
