Only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the order of punishment dated 15.06.2018, he preferred an appeal on 12.09.2018 before respondent No.2 who has till date not decided as yet. 2.

Given the fact, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending, rather the ends of justice would be served, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner pending before him within the outer limit of sixty days from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
