2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on a complaint by the villagers, including the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted against respondents 4 & 5 and a report was submitted before the concerned SDO, however, the said SDO

has not proceeded further in the matter.

3. Let the petitioner move a representation before respondent No.2 along with a certified copy of this order within a period of 3 weeks from today and on such representation being filed, respondent No.2 shall proceed further in the matter to pass necessary order in accordance with law within a period of 6 months after hearing all the parties.
