In the present petition, the petitioner has claimed for the alternative accommodation for the reason that she has been removed from the place wherein she was living for the last thirty years. 2.
The reply of the State would show that the petitioner was an encroacher and she was removed from that place for the reason that certain Fair Price Shops were to be constructed. It is further stated in the reply that the petitioner has been allotted a House No. S 45 under the scheme of Atal Aawas Yojana. The son of the petitioner has taken the possession of the said house. The
acknowledgment of the allotment of the said house is also filed herein as Annexure R-6.

In view of such submissions made, it is made clear that the petitioner has already been allotted and rehabilitated. Therefore, no further relief can be granted to her.
