Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in due course of time, the respondents have in-fact passed an order deciding an appeal in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the contempt petition accordingly is disposed of. However, in the event of any subsequent developments or cause of action subsequently arises, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of fresh proceedings.
