1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 31.03.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner which was contractual in nature has been discontinued after giving one months salary in view of notice.

2. Considering the fact that the impugned order has been passed in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the appointment order, this Court does not find any illegality committed by the respondents while issuance of the same.

3. The only recourse which would be available to the petitioner would be to make a suitable representation to the respondents for

-2ventilating his grievance and also for approaching the authorities concerned for reconsidering his case for re-appointment or reengagement on contractual basis.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off.
