Sam Koshy Order On Board 01.02.2019 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful noncompliance of the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in WPS No. 5996 of 2018. Vide the said order this Court had set aside the termination order

dated 14.08.2018 reserving the right of the respondents to pass a fresh order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.

The respondents, it appears that, have subsequently granted an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and have passed a fresh order of termination on 05.12.2018.

In view of the fact that the respondents have subsequently by a fresh order after giving an opportunity of hearing again terminated the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

The issue whether the petitioner had been reinstated subsequent to the order of this Court and whether the petitioner would be entitled for all monetary and other benefits from the date of first termination till the date of second termination, those would be considered in the event the petitioner challenges the same in a separate writ petition and which cannot be looked into in the present contempt petition.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of discharging the respondents from the contempt proceedings.
