Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Primary School Lawaidih, District Ambikapur to Govt. Primary School Ghutrapara, Rajpur, District Balrampur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from one scheduled area to another scheduled area, the petitioner had already served more than 7 years of service in the scheduled area and he is aged about 60 years and he got less than two years for retirement; therefore the transfer of the petitioner may be considered. 3.
Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking into consideration the age of the petitioner and the period of service left for
retirement and further taking into fact that the petitioner had already been served more than 7 years in the scheduled area, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 15 days from today, who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
