Perused the PUD.

Despite the bail order passed on 31/01/2018 in M.Cr.C. No.8268 of 2018 applicant Fulbati Bai who is aged about 76 years is not able to furnish the surety, therefore bail order dated 31/01/2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.8268 of 2018 is amended and effective part of the order be read as under:- "It is directed that applicant Fulbati Bai shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court for her appearance as and when directed." It is also directed that Secretary, Legal Aid of the concerned area shall be obliged to follow this order so that the applicant Fulbati Bai is released from the custody.
