Petitioner is alleging that the respondent No.7 is raising construction over the land belonging to the petitioner and the authorities including the Tahsildar and the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai, are not taking any action, despite his frantic and sincere efforts.

Let the petitioner may move before the concerned Tahsildar for making demarcation of his land and on such application being made within a period of two weeks from today, the Tahsildar shall proceed to demarcate the area in question, in accordance with law, and submit the demarcation report within next four weeks.

Thereafter, based on the demarcation report, the petitioner may move before the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai or any other competent authority, who shall decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on its own merits.
