(5) As per certified copy (Annexure A/2) of the order-sheet of the Trial Court dated 28.09.2018, Crime No.154/2018, Police Station Lalpur has been mentioned.

(6) Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in order dated 23.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7965 of 2018, the Crime No.158/2018 has been wrongly mentioned in place of Crime No.154/2018 and, therefore, the same may be corrected. (7) It is directed that the Crime No.154/2018 be read in place of Crime No.158/2018 in order dated 23.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7965 of 2018. Other contents of order dated 23.10.2018 shall

remain intact.

(8) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
