The applicant has preferred this second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.22/2017 registered in Police Station Chando, District- Balrampur, Ramanujganj, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and on perusal of the papers annexed with the bail application, I am not inclined to take any different view of the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
