The writ petition is against the verdict dated 16.07.2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in relation to the rejection of the claim of compassionate appointment. The learned seeks for permission to withdraw the matter. The learned counsel submits that some inadvertent mistake was crept in while moulding the pleadings and prayers.
