1. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for modification in order dated 02.09.2019 passed in CRA No.1577/2015 wherein, he submits that name of the Appellant has been wrongly mentioned as "Sakulram Tulavi" in place of "Sukluram Tulavi".

2. After considering the above application, the error is corrected. The name of Appellant be read as "Sukluram Tulavi" in place of "Sakulram Tulavi" in the cause title of the order dated 02.09.2019 in CRA No.1577/2015.

3. The instant CRMP is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

4. Certified copy today.
