HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 962 of 2019 Tarun Kumar Nayak Versus State of Chhattisgarh & Ors. 05.11.2019 Mr. Faisal Akhtar, Counsel for the Applicant. Ms. Ishwary Grhitlahre, Panel Lawyer for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Annexure A-1 dated 16.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 3803 of 2019. The limited modification that has been sought by the petitioner/applicant is the address of the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 03 & 04 have been wrongly reflected as "District: Rajnandgaon", whereas it ought to have been "District: Raipur". The counsel for the petitioner/applicant fairly submits that it is due to a clerical mistake on his part in the writ petition due to which district has got wrongly typed.

Given the nature of modification sought for, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made -out.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The Order dated 16.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 3803/2019 stands modified to the extent that, the address of the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 3 & 4 wherever District: Rajnandgaon is mentioned, it shall be read as "District: Raipur, (C.G.)" instead of " District: Rajnandgaon, (C.G.)".

The present MCC stands allowed. Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPS No. 3803 of 2019. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rahul
