Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order on Board 24.10.2019 Later on :

1. This Court allowed the counsel for the applicants to withdraw anticipatory bail application with direction to the trial Court to dispose off the case of the applicants on his surrender in accordance with law, but due to typographical error, instead of "dispose of the bail application of the applicants on same day on his surrender" it has been typed as under:- "dispose off the case of the applicants on his surrender in accordance with law".

2. Para 1 of the order dated 24.10.2019 is modified to the extent that counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw his anticipatory bail application with direction to the trial Court to decide regular bail application of the applicants on the same day on his surrender.

3. Further, para 4 of the order dated 24.10.2019 is modified to the extent that "Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid direction."

4. Except above modification, the remaining portion of the order dated 24.10.2019 shall stand unaltered.

5. Certified copy today itself.
