1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.2 authority is not passing an order so far as the claim of the petitioner for issuance of a permanent caste certificate is concerned.

2. According to the petitioner, she already had a temporary caste

certificate issued by the concerned authority on 02.02.2018. The case of the petitioner has also been duly scrutinized/verified by the authorities concerned before issuance of the temporary caste certificate. The petitioner thereafter appeared before the authorities for a permanent certificate which till date is pending consideration and has not been finalized. According to the petitioner, she is being repeatedly called upon to produce the original records whereas all these records have already been scanned by the authorities concerned.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if pursuant to Annexure P1 the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 afresh along with all original records which the respondent no.2 shall duly scrutinize along with any enquiry that was done in the past and pass an appropriate order so far as the application for permanent caste certificate is concerned at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date the petitioner presents all original records afresh before the respondent no.2.
