1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 30.07.2018 passed in WPS 7849/2011.

2. Considering the reply that has been filed by the respondents, particularly, taking note of Annexure R-5 which is the enquiry report and subsequent order passed on 25.02.2020, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. That if at all if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent development the only recourse available would be to challenge the subsequent order passed by the respondents by way of a fresh writ petition. The veracity of the findings given the Enquiry Committee and the order passed in consequence to the finding of the Enquiry Committee is one which could not be tested under contempt jurisdiction by this Court.
