Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 07/11/2019 Heard.

1. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner by the order of the Labour Court has been reinstated, however he has not been regularized, therefore he may be given the liberty to make a detailed representation before respondents No.1 and 2, in the light of circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, it is directed that in the light of the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and taking into consideration the fact that the services were reinstated under the judicial order, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation before the respondents No.1 and 2 within a period of four weeks, if such representation is

filed, the same may be decided as expeditiously as possible.
