1. The matter is posted today for consideration on I.A. No.1, application for cancellation of arrest warrant issued against respondent No.3.
2. Shri Anup Majumdar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 would submit that on 09.01.2020, respondent No.3 was required to appear before this Court but he was not well, therefore, he could not appear. It is also submitted that respondent No.3 namely; T. S. Charavarti has never appeared in the High Court in any other case, therefore, he was under impression that the matter will be looked by the OIC (Officer-in-charge) appointed by the Government. It is also submitted that the order passed by this Court in WPC No.2787 of 2018 has been fully complied with.
3. Shri Sunil Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would certify that the applicant has already received the entire payment.
4. In view of the fact that the contempt has been purged, the warrant of arrest issued against the respondent No.3 is recalled. For the same reason, bailable warrant issued against the respondent No.4 namely; Ms. Reena Baba Saheb Kangale is also recalled.
