1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner to be an eligible candidate for dealership under the LPG dealership scheme for village Badekanera, Tahsil & District Kondagaon.

2. Shri Ali Asgar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 on instruction submits that the petitioner and 4 other candidates had

-2applied for allotment of dealership and as per the procedure prescribed, the candidate's name was selected by draw of lot and it was respondent no.3 who was selected. He submits that as per the system, after the name is selected from the draw of lot, the Company conducts field verification wherein the entire documents and other relevant records of the candidate are thoroughly verified. As per the requirement of the guidelines, the petitioner has submitted his complaint along with the requisite fees. According to the counsel for respondents 1 & 2, they shall also bear in mind the complaint of the petitioner at the time of field verification and shall be cross-checking the contents of the complaint with the records that the respondent no.3 has submitted along with his application before finalization of the field verification so far as the allotment of dealership in favour of the respondent no.3 is concerned.

Given the said submission that the respondents 1 & 2 have made particularly in respect of the fact that the complaint of the petitioner shall also be borne in mind while conducting the field verification, this Court is of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner as of now stands redressed.
