The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is the in-action on part of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

The facts of the case is that, the father of the petitioner was initially an employee of the respondent No.1 and was subsequently sent on deputation under the respondent No.4 where he died in harness working at ITI, Abhanpur, Raipur as an Assistant Grade-III on 01/11/2016. Thereafter, the petitioner had immediately raised the claim for compassionate appointment which till date has not been decided.

In the given facts so also considering the aspect that the claim of the petitioner has till date not been finalized by the authorities concerned, let the respondents No.1 & 4 take a decision on the claim for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
