Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, Advocate for the respondent. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 14.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 961/2019.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to Annexure R/2 dated 30.11.2019, whereby there is an order passed by the respondent so far as compliance of the order is concerned and revising the pay-scale of the petitioner. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the order seems to not have been complied with till date, though on papers the order has been passed. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, particularly taking of Annexure R/2 dated 30.11.2019, this Court is of the opinion that, since the respondents have already issued the order granting the revised pay-scale to the petitioner vide their order dated 30.11.2019, the contempt petition as such as of now stands disposed of directing

the respondents to ensure that the said order is complied with in its letter and spirit, unless the same otherwise is not withdrawn, cancelled or modified.

Let an appropriate decision, if not already executed be passed within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. The petitioner's right of approaching the Court in case if grievance still survives is still left open.
