1. Earlier, a notice was sent to the complainant (prosecutrix) and a diction was issued her/any person authorized by her to appear before the Court on 21.01.2020 but today none present on behalf of the complainant.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application and prays that direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
