1. The limited relief, which the petitioners have sought through the present writ petitions is for a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation, which the petitioners have made, so far as grant of study leave is concerned.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while they were pursuing Post Graduate Course for M.S./M.D. in Ayurveda, they got selected as Medical Officer, Ayurveda under the respondents and got appointment orders in their favour and have also joined their duties. According to the petitioners in order to pursue their studies and to complete their course, they have applied for study leave and the application is pending before the authorities concerned. Petitioners want that the authority may decide their claim at the earliest.
3. To the said limited prayer, State counsel does not have any opposition.
4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed off by this common order with direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representations of the petitioners for grant of study leave at the earliest within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
