Ms. Sunita Jain, P.L.

Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 13/11/2018 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners on the apprehension that they may be removed by an advertisement which the respondents may issue.

2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they have been working as Guest Faculty under respondent no.3 for quite sometime and in all probability their services may be discontinued and a fresh advertisement may be issued for filling up of the post by a set of fresh guest faculties. 3.

Perusal of the record would show that there has been no advertisement as such issued by the respondents. 4.

Given the said fact the present writ petition in its present form in the opinion of this Court is premature at this juncture. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in the event of an advertisement or in the event of an eventuality of such situation if arises. 5.

The writ petition stands dismissed as premature. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Bhola
