Challenge in the present writ petition was to the notifications of the State Government dated 13.07.2018 as also 24.07.2018.

On a query being put to the counsel appearing for the petitioner he would fairly submit that the advertisement has since acted upon and appointment of selected candidate also have been passed and who have also joined the duties.

Giving the aforesaid factual situation of the case, this Court is of the opinion that entire writ petition renders infructuous as the notification and subsequent advertisement published having been acted upon. Nothing further remains for adjudication, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
