The matters was last listed before this Court on 14/11/2018 when this Court had directed the counsel for the petitioners to verify whether the advertisement under challenge has been acted upon and the appointment orders have been issued or not.

Today when the matters were listed, the counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that, in all the cases, the advertisement had been acted upon and the appointment orders have also been issued and in some of the cases, the petitioners also have been found eligible at different place and few of them could not be successful though they had participated in the recruitment process.

Given the said submission so also considering the fact that the advertisement has been acted upon and the appointment orders have been issued, this Court does not find any issue not left to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petitions.

All the Writ Petitions thus stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
