1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Patwari, PH No.37 & 32 Pandariya, District Kabirdham to District Bilaspur by the impugned transfer order dated 13.08.2019.

2. It is contended by transfer of the petitioner to other District, the seniority of the petitioner would be affected and the petitioner would be placed at the bottom and it is further submitted that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee by Annexure P-3, therefore, the transfer of the petitioner may be stayed.

3. Considering the submission made by the petitioner that her seniority would be affected and it is claimed that the seniority is maintained in the District

wise, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days before the Grievance Redressal Committee and the same shall be decided by the Committee within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.

4. With such observation, the petition stands disposed off. Certified copy today.
