Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 03.01.2019 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful noncompliance of the order dated 18.05.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 3856 of 2018.

The respondents have now entered appearance and have submitted that the case of the petitioner was in fact considered by the Department and they have passed a fresh order on 12.12.2018 and as such the order stands purged and it has been honoured in its letter and spirit.

In view of the document dated 12.12.2018 which has been enclosed by the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that the respondents have in fact shown compliance of the order and as such no further action is required to be drawn against the respondents. 4.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondents stand discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, the right of the petitioner stands reserved to challenge the subsequent development by way of a fresh proceeding. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
