Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 08.11.2019

1. Since both these bail petitions arise out of same crime no. of same Police Station they are being disposed off by this common order.

2. This is third bail application of the applicant Yashwant Sahu, earlier his first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2019 passed in MCRC No.697 of 2019 considering prima facie case against him, his second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2019 due to non compliance of order of this Court dated 15.07.2019.

3. This is second bail application of applicant Yogesh Yadav his first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2019 passed in MCRC No.697 of 2019 considering prima facie case against him.

4. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw these bail applications, he further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.

5. Accordingly, instant bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.
