2. Even if, we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the application, we do not find any merit in the application because the prosecutrix herself has not supported the case of the prosecution, turned hostile and clearly stated that nothing happened to her. The application is therefore, rejected as without merit. Accordingly the CRMP is dismissed.
