1. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 133 of 2017, registered at Police Station Amleshwar, Dist. Durg, (C.G.) for the offfence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (4) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. Considering the fact that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits, as also for the reason that the applicant appears to be habitual in committing offences of forgery and cheating, the present bail application has no substance.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
