1. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the following relief:

"10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to present him the said prize in the coming Rajutsav 2019 or any occasion.

10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other suitable order/orders, relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may find fit and proper in favour of the petitioner safeguarding his interest."

2. At the outset, this Court does not find that a strong case has been made for the simple reason that Annexure P-1 is a document which shows that the petitioner was called for the awarding of the prize in

-2the year 2016. The prize which was promised to be given in the year 2016 if it has not been given to him then the petitioner cannot claim it to be enforced in the year 2019. No plausible explanation has been given as to why he did not file the Writ Petition till now or why he did not avail other remedies open to him in this regard.

3. With the aforesaid reason, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner.
