1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the application, which the petitioner has made, so far as the allotment of Fair Price Shop at Devarha is concerned.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Food Inspector has already vide Annexure P/2 dated 22.07.2019 made certain recommendations in favour of the petitioner, however till date it has not been further processed nor an order has been passed.
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to
the respondents No.2 & 3 to take an appropriate steps ensuring that the claim of the petitioner is considered and decided in accordance with the scheme and guidelines applicable, so far as the allotment of Fair Price Shop is concerned, at the earliest.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
