It is argued that the School Development Committee (Shala Vikas Samiti) of which the petitioner is one of the office bearer is not able to run the library of the Government Higher Secondary School, Belgahna, District Bilaspur for the reason that the respondent No.7 has been directed to work in the District Library, Bilaspur under the impugned order (Annexure-P-1). 2.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner files a representation before the Collector, he shall pass necessary orders to see that the library of the Government Higher Secondary School, Belgahna is properly managed and attended. Let the process be completed within 6 weeks from the date of moving of representation.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
