1. In a bail matter which is MCRC No. 2393/2019 this Court has not directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within three months, but directed the applicant who filed the bail petition that he can repeat the bail application, if trial is not concluded within three months. However, the trial Court may decide Special Sessions Trial No. 13/2018 as early as possible.

2. With the above observation the instant petition stands disposed of.
