1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 04.06.2018 passed by the Regional Transport Authority, Raipur.

2. This Court, at the outset, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the reason that it suffers from delay and laches. The impugned order was

passed more than 1 1⁄2 years back. No plausible explanation has been provided for not challenging the said order promptly and the necessity for challenging it after a period of 1 1⁄2 years.

3. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed on the ground of delay and laches, reserving the right of the petitioner, if any available, for approaching the competent authority under the law for ventilating his grievances. Subject to the petitioner's furnishing photocopy of the impugned order and other Annexures, certified copy of the same shall be returned to him. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
