The whole dispute raised in the present writ petition is the petitioner being denied of the salary for last 18 month only on the ground that the petitioner Last Pay Certificate (LPC) while she was posted under respondent No.2 has not been sent at the present place of posting. 2.
Tehsildar under whom the petitioner was working has already made a
request to the respondent No. 3 in this regard yet there is no response. 3.
Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, respondent No.2 is directed to ensure that the LPC of the petitioner is released and sent to the present place of posting forthwith within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
