This is an application for restoration of WPS No.606/2005, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 05.04.2016.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPS No.606/2005 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
