1. The challenge made in this writ petition is to the impugned order dated 13.02.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G).

2. The order being appealable under the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy by filing the appeal.
