The grievance of the petitioners appears to be non-consideration of the claim of petitioner No.2 for employment against the land belonging to the petitioners which have been acquired by respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Perusal of the records, it appears that the case of the petitioner till date has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No.3 process the claim of petitioner No.2 in respect of grant of employment against the rehabilitation policy then prevailing at the time of

execution of land and while deciding the said claim of the petitioners, respondents shall keep in mind the judgment of this Court passed in W.P.(S) No. 1762 of 2016 decided on 21.01.2016 whereby the claim of the married daughter has also been held to be maintainable contrary to the rehabilitation policy. Let this exercise be done within a period of three months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
