2. The petitioner contends that the petitioner was transferred on deputation to the office of Respondent No.4 Deputy Director, Local Fund Audit Regional Office Jagdalpur, he is the employee of CIDC and he joined his services in the year 2006 and as per the clause 1.3 of the transfer policy of the State, if the

employee spends more than 3 years in the scheduled area then he may be transferred to the non scheduled area. It is further contended that the petitioner has made several applications to the respondent No.4 and since 13 years he is in the same place, he sought for transfer, however, the same is not been decided.

Without any observations on merit, since the petitioner claims that he has spent more than 3 years in the scheduled area and sought for transfer and he appears to have spent 13 years in the scheduled area, it is directed that the application of the petitioner shall be decided according to the transfer policy and according to the exigencies of the work of the State within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
