Instant writ petition has filed by the petitioner stating that FIR is not being registered against the accused persons, whereas according to the State Counsel, who has filed copy of FIR vide Ex.R-1, offences under Sections 366, 376, 506, 323 read with Section 34 of the IPC have been registered against the accused persons namely Shubhan Verma, Chetan Goswami and Umashanker Goswami, as such, cause of action of the present petition has come to an end. 2.
