---- Respondent Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 21/10/2019 (1) This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 05.10.2019 sent by Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, Balrampur Ramanujganj through District & Sessions Judge, Balrampur Ramanujganj seeking extension of time for disposal of Sessions Trial No.69/2018.

(2) Earlier on 22.08.2019 in Cr.M.P.1921/2019, this Court has directed to Sessions Judge, Balrampur at Ramanujganj that he must dispose of S.T. No.69/2018 as soon as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of that order.

(3) Perused the request letter of Sessions Judge, Balrampur at Ramanujganj, the trial Court is further directed to dispose of case as soon as possible expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
