2. Learned counsel for the parties would not dispute that the representation under Section 21(4) of the C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (in short "the Adhiniyam, 1993"), preferred by the petitioner is pending consideration before the Collector, District Janjgir-Champa and the same is now posted for consideration on 14.12.2018.

3. Considering the above aspect of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector, District JanjgirChampa to hear the parties and decide the representation under Section 21(4) of the Adhiniyam, 1993 on 14.12.2018 or within 2 weeks thereafter. In any case, the Collector shall decide the same on or before 31.12.2018.
